3. Stimulate inflow of revenue to Westfield
4. Achieve the first three objectives without detrimentally affecting the current quality of life in the community

The Westfield Development Corporation held its annual retreat on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at the William Seward Inn to review achievements in 2007 and establish goals for 2008.
