Darkness to Light Stewards of Children
Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Training

Sunday, May 20th
1:00 - 3:00pm

Located in the YWCA of Westfield assembly room and is a FREE event.

Preventing child abuse is a job for adults. The solution to this complex problem is simple. Prevention is the answer. The solution starts with learning the steps you can take to prevent abuse, recognizing the warning signs, and react responsibly when a child is in danger.

Stewards of Children is a prevention training program that teaches adults how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. This 2-hour training is taken by parents, caregivers, and those who work with children at schools, daycares, faith centers, recreation departments, and other youth-serving organizations. It is the only nationally distributed, evidence-based program proven to increase knowledge, improve attitudes, and change child protective behaviors. A small investment of two hours will forever change the way you care for children and make your community a safer place.
