Empower Yourself: Self-Defense Class

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

In this introductory seminar into women's self-defense, we will be studying basic grab escapes, situational awareness, and a little body conditioning. 

This class is for women ages 14+, and the cost is a $25 dollar donation to the YWCA Westfield.
Location: Gymnasium

Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. We look forward to helping empower women.
