Vend at the Westfield Flea

What: Westfield is excited to announce the second season of the NYC style flea market on Saturdays. This is a fun lively market featuring vintage, antiques, fashion, and consumer products. Bring your best quality items and price at a premium. This is a curated market and makes for successful vending. All vendors are welcome. Bring your A-game, we attract wealthy vacationers and day-trippers.

This is in the same village park that is home to the nationally award-winning Westfield Farmers’ and Artisans’ Market. This means lots of traffic.

Westfield is in the internationally visited Chautauqua Institutional vacation market. With marketing of historic downtown, restaurant row, wine trail, free parking and village markets, thousands of people visit every Saturday. The Westfield Chamber of Commerce is marketing “Saturday is Market Day in Westfield!”.

Where: The flea market will be in the Village of Westfield downtown in Moore Park beside historic McClurg Museum along Elm St running to McClurg St. Each space is 15 x 15. The cost is $15 for single space, or a double space (15x30) is $25.

When: This market will occur every Saturday. You must be setup and open by 8 am. You can leave anytime. Markets end by 2 pm. The first flea market day will be Saturday, June 18.

RESERVE YOUR SPACE. If you want to setup at the flea market, call or email Blair Koss at 716-597-4453, blair@Rosiesworkshop.com Friday no later than 5 pm to reserve your spot. Let him know your name and products category.

  • Please note: there are few product categories that are full at the farmers and artisans’ market (i.e. soap, body care) and they have president – Blair will help you figure out what to bring if there is a conflict.

We look forward to having you be part of the Westfield Flea!

OKAY I’m in! What do I need to do? Reserve your space. Loading in and out will occur from Museum Drive, or Elm Street. See map below.

Westfield is known for our park setting for our markets. You will be required to move your car to one of the municipal lots. It’s no big deal the lot is within 100 feet of the park. We need to leave the street parking open for customers. Our lovely park is grassy and has wonderful drainage tiling so it’s not muddy. But this does mean we can’t drive all over the grass and we can’t leave cars in the park.

All parking is free in the village which is why we have such large crowds at our markets.
