Amy Pierce is native to Allegany, NY and comes to the association with over 20 years’ experience in the nonprofit field.  Before relocating to Dunkirk with her family, she has served the YWCA Bradford, PA in many roles, beginning as a student intern and eventually as Executive Director.  She has also been active in her community with several organizations, including Cub Scouts, the American Cancer Society, and Girl Scouts.

Amy stands out not only because of her years of experience in all levels of non-profit work, but also because of her passion and commitment to the mission of the YWCA.  As we continue to grow and strengthen our organization, Ms. Pierce’s skillset and vision will help us move our mission to the next level.  We are excited to work alongside her to further develop the YWCA Westfield and continue to build the YWCA as a resource for the community for generations to come.

“The YWCA has such a rich history, with wonderful mission-focused work being done all over the country and the world.  It is inspiring to see what has been done here at YWCA Westfield.  I am excited and grateful to join this organization and to work with the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, and the entire YWCA Team to continue the momentum of success,” stated Pierce.

YWCA Westfield is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
