Lake Shore Center for the Arts presents "A Christmas Carol" performed by Kim Tenerio in the Jacqueline Philips Theater at 7 pm. The preview begins at 6:15 and Kim tells a bit about how Charles Dickens wrote the story. Seating is limited to 40, first come first serve. $10 admission

The original "A Star is Born" from 1937 will be shown at the Jacqueline Philips Theater at Lake Shore Center for the Arts on Tuesday November 13 at 7 pm. The movie is FREE, with concessions available. Along with the movie there will be a newsreel from that time and cartoons and a little Benny Goodman.
