The Village of Westfield is a member of the Independent Energy Efficiency Program (IEEP) of New York.  This program is funded through contributions from the Electric fund, and allows residents to apply for rebates for Energy Efficient products.  

The Street Department is located at 51 Bourne Street and is responsible for all construction and maintenance activities for the Village’s streets, roads and sidewalks. The Street Department also maintains all of the Village’s parks, including Moore, Ottaway, and Welch Field, as well as the water and sanitary/storm sewer distribution system(s).
