Art Trail - Gallery and Open Studio Tour

This is the 10th annual Art Trail where art studios and gallery hubs will open their doors to the public over Memorial Day Weekend. Last year over 3,000 visitors from Canada to Florida traveled our 22 mile art trail from Lake Erie and Chautauqua Lake. This is the first year for the Children's Art Trail at limited studios with interactive art tables. The artists of the Art Trail will be re branding with their year round art directory within the art trail brochure. Look inside the upcoming brochure for their studio/gallery hours and months of operation.

Opening Reception: Current with Wendy and Bill Bale


The "Exhibition of Current with Wendy and Bill Bale" will be on display from April 20 - June 1,2018 in the Octagon Gallery at the Patterson Library during regular library hours.

Furniture maker, "Sandhill Bill" Bale and Wendy Bale explore the waterways of their lives through works on paper and in natural wood, stone & resin.

Cut paper sculpture & charcoal drawings River-inspired tables, benches and more. Plus! Chester Drawers: a cabinet of curiosities

Farmers' & Artisans' Market

Every summer Saturday, shoppers find locally grown produce, fresh eggs, pork, beef, chicken, honey and maple syrup, jam, jelly, and baked goods. Rounding out the offerings are Amish baskets, locally produced salsa and dressings, handmade clothing, purses, throw rugs, jewelry, stained glass, paintings, craft items and the published literary works by local authors. Prepared foods suitable for breakfast and lunch and hot and cold beverages are also available.
