WESTFIELD REC. DEPT. UPDATE
We hope you all are staying safe and healthy! Even though the days ahead are uncertain, we are still busy planning for the future of our programs. At present time, we have cancelled/postponed all of our programming until June 27th.
This includes:
-In person summer programs’ registration at WELCH Field that was scheduled for June 2nd and 4th. *There will be more info soon on how to get registered for summer programs.
-Session 1 schedule of the pool that was scheduled for June 15th-June 27th.
-Annual Kids’ Fishing Derby that was scheduled for June 20th at the Westfield Fish & Game Club. * We are hoping to reschedule this for either late-summer or the fall.
All other summer programs remain on hold until we receive more information and guidelines from our state and local health departments. We will continue to keep you updated. We are saddened by having to cancel more programs and we truly miss you all. However, we will remain vigilant in planning for the future with the safety of all of our participants continuing to be our number one priority!
