The Village of Westfield Safety Committee is comprised of members representing both Village Management and Non-Management Personnel.  The IBEW Local 459 Business Manager chooses two Union members and the Mayor chooses two Management employees to serve on the Safety Committee.  Current members representing management include DPW Director Andrew Thompson and Administrator-Village Clerk Vincent Luce.  Members representing Union employees include Line Supervisor Tye Flurie and A1 Linemen Michael Paternosh.

Water Treatment Plant

The Water Department is responsible for providing high quality drinking water to the Village and Town of  Westfield. The newer portion of the water plant, constructed in 1995 has the capacity to process  1 million gallons of fresh water per day.  Average flows are around 600,000 per day.

The Planning Board meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. in Eason Hall. Under special circumstances, the Board may meet more frequently.

The office is located in Eason Hall and is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Some of the things we do: accept all Village electric, water & sewer bills; take village property tax payments; sell village garbage bags; arrange for utility hookups and turnoffs; address all electric and water meter reading concerns & functions; arrange HEAP payments; handle all utility billing functions; receive and process fines and tickets; and handle village payroll and accounts payable & receivable.

The office is located in Eason Hall and is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..
